Shipping Policy

We endeavor to provide a pleasant zero-hassle shopping experience for you. All our policies and terms of use are crafted to ensure ease of purchase and support. We request you review our policies thoroughly and make informed purchases. We at Indocentra, understand the importance of delivering your products timely and safely. Therefore, we partner with some of the most reputed Indian and international third-party courier partners to ensure seamless delivery of all orders.

Charges

The shipping charge within India is ₹150 for each item bought. We offer FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA for all orders above ₹2,000. For orders from outside India, additional shipping fees are charged per kilogram. The total shipping charge is calculated at checkout which depends on the total weight of the items you ordered.

Tax and Duties

Many countries charge varied import duties, customs charges, and taxes on shipped items. All such additional charges are to be directly borne by the customer upon delivery. We advise you to check your country’s tax policies before placing an order with us. Once the order is placed, we do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders.

If the customer does not accept the international order or refuses to pay customs charges, we shall not be liable for product exchanges/returns or payment refunds under any circumstances.

Timelines

Products are delivered within 5-7 working days for domestic orders unless it is specifically mentioned in the product details. International orders get delivered within 10-15 days. 

For orders including our handcrafted and custom outfits, it takes 10-15 working days to dispatch from the date of your order placement.

There may be an extra 10-15 day delay in order dispatch due to volume orders during season time, festivals, and sometimes due to any unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances such as political unrest, public curfews, containment zones, etc. In such cases, our team will inform you about the delay via mail or WhatsApp. To get a seamless delivery experience, give the correct delivery address and reachable contact details to get updates on every step.

Order Receiving Guidelines

As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. If you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you do not accept the order. To claim a faulty delivery service, please record a video and take images of the parcel focusing on its unacceptable condition. Send these images and videos to returns@indocentra.com along with the order number within 24 hours, so that we can use these to resolve the issue for you and settle claims with the shipment agency.

Process

Once you have placed an order on our website, our system starts processing your order. Once the order is processed and your product(s) is out from the manufacturing unit, the ordered item(s) are passed through multi-level quality checks. After that, your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. After the order is dispatched, a unique tracking identity number will be sent to your registered email and mobile via WhatsApp or SMS. You can track your order from our website. After we dispatch your order, you can also track the status of the order delivery on the courier partner’s official website using the tracking number.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship to 220+ destinations across the world. You can check the shipping eligibility in your city/country from the Shipping rate calculator in your cart or when you checkout your order.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

We have multiple payment options – major debit and credit cards, net banking options, recognized eWallets, and UPI. We also offer a cash-on-delivery (COD) option for domestic orders. Please note that we offer the Cash on Delivery option for a maximum of ₹4,000 total order value.

For orders outside India, we only offer prepaid payment options and accept all major Mastercard, American Express, and Visa cards along with recognized payment gateways.


SHIPPING ADDRESS MODIFICATION

We will deliver your order to the address you mentioned while placing your order. In case of contact number/ address modifications, kindly drop us an email at orders@indocentra.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
