Return & Exchange Policy
✓ The items should be unworn, unused, and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
✓ The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tag can not be accepted.
✓ Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
✓ Return or Exchange requests not raised within 7 days of receiving the product will not be accepted.
✓ The product will be picked up within 5-7 days from the return or exchange request is approved.
✓ For the customized orders, alterations would be done, if needed. The alteration and courier charges would have to be borne by the customer.
✓ Products bought during a sale are non-refundable.
✓ CENTRA backyard products can not be exchanged or returned.
✓ Pre-stitched sarees cannot be returned or exchanged.
✓ The products purchased on the Deal of the Week Sale cannot be returned nor exchanged.
✓ Items purchased online can only be returned or exchanged online.
✓ For the products purchased on Combo Offers, if the customer returns even one of the products, the offer will be voided and the customer will have to pay the full price.
- If the packaging seal is tampered with or opened, please refuse the package on delivery. Mail us immediately at returns@indocentra.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you at no additional cost.
- Raise your return request within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
- All our products are quality-checked before dispatch. Please record a proper unwrapping video to get an Easy Refund in case of any damaged or defective product.
- If you receive any defective product, mail us immediately at returns@indocentra.com with your Order ID and attach the unwrapping video with clear visibility of the defect. If your return is accepted after reviewing your unwrapping video, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- If you send back any item you purchased without raising a return request at first, your return will not be accepted.
- The item you are returning should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the original product tag intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send the receipt or proof of purchase.
- If pick-up service is unavailable at your location, you will self-ship the product. You will be given a maximum of ₹150 as a credit note for reverse shipping for damaged or defective products delivered.
- Returns for reasons other than damage or defect, the customer will have to bear the reverse shipping charges for sending the products back.
- Once we receive the product you returned, we will initiate the refund after a quality check made by our team.
- You can raise your exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product. If the request is accepted, you will receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours.
- The item you are returning for exchange should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the original product tag intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once we accept your request, we will send you exchange instructions via email with a shipping label, which needs to be attached to the package for reverse pickup. Once your product is shipped, we will initiate the shipping process of your replacement product which will be delivered within 5-7 working days.
- The original tags and packaging must be intact when the product is picked up.
- If pick-up service is unavailable at your location, you will self-ship the product first. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days.
- The customer has to bear the reverse shipping charges.
- No exchange request will be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 7 days of receiving the shipment. In exceptional cases please write to us at returns@indocentra.com.
- Once we receive your shipment, you will be notified by us.
- The exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.
- If you want to exchange a product you ordered for any product of a higher amount, we will give you a coupon for the purchased amount of the product you returned. You can use the coupon code while placing the order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
- If you want to exchange your product with another product of a lower amount, we will ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance will be refunded to you. You can also opt for a credit note for the balance amount, which can be used for your next purchase.
- Exchange is possible only once. The customer must bear the reverse and forward shipping charges to exchange a product for the second time.
- We do not encourage returns for our international customers. If you wish to return the product, you can ship it back to us at your own expense.

Unfortunately, we do not have an exchange facility for our international customers. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
