We endeavor to provide a pleasant, zero-hassle shopping experience for you. To ensure ease of purchase and support, we request our customers to review our policies thoroughly and make informed purchases. We, at Indocentra, understand the importance of delivering your products safely and on time. Therefore, we partner with some of the most reliable Indian and international third-party courier partners to ensure seamless delivery of all orders.
CHARGES
The shipping charge within India is calculated separately for each item bought and is variable based on your area. For orders from outside India, additional shipping charges are calculated per kilogram. The total shipping charge depends on the total weight of the items you ordered and is calculated at checkout.
We may offer a Complementary Shipping as a coupon (FREESHIP) for domestic orders, which is only applied if the purchase is completed and not returned. If a customer returns an item, unless it is delivered damaged or defective, the Complementary Shipping coupon will be essentially voided because the shipping cost wasn't truly "free" in that scenario. The actual shipping cost (the amount the seller paid to ship the product to the customer) will be deducted from the refund amount. This is a common practice to offset the expense of providing free shipping, which was factored into the overall price or offered with the understanding that the purchase would be kept.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Different countries charge varied import duties, customs charges, and taxes on shipped items. All such additional charges are to be directly borne by the customer upon delivery. We advise you to check your country’s tax policies before placing an order with us. Once the order is placed, we do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders. If the customer does not accept the international order or refuses to pay customs charges, we shall not be liable for product exchanges/returns or payment refunds under any circumstances.
ORDER RECEIVING GUIDELINES
As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. If you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request do not accept the order. To claim a faulty delivery service, send the order number along with an image of the tampered parcel (focusing on its unacceptable condition) within 24 hours of refusing your delivery, so that we can use these to resolve the issue for you and settle claims with the shipment agency. ORDER MODIFICATION
We will deliver your order to the address you mentioned while placing your order. In case you need shipping address or contact number modifications, kindly send your request within 2 hours of placing the order. Modify Order.
TIMELINES
Products are delivered within 3-7 working days for domestic orders unless it is specifically mentioned in the product details. International orders get delivered within 10-15 days. For orders including our handcrafted and custom products, it takes 10-15 working days to dispatch from the date of your order placement. There may be an extra delay in dispatching your order during sale time, festivals, and sometimes due to any unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances, like political unrest, public curfews, containment zones, etc. In such cases, we will inform you about the delay via email or WhatsApp. To get a seamless delivery experience, give the correct delivery address and reachable contact details to get updates on every step.
PROCESS
Once you place an order on our website, our system starts processing your order. Once the order is processed, the ordered item(s) are sorted and passed through multi-level quality checks at our manufacturing unit. After that, we pack your item(s) securely and book a shipment with our trusted third-party delivery partner. Once your shipment is created, a unique tracking identity number will be sent to your registered email and mobile via WhatsApp or SMS. You can also track your order status on our website. After we dispatch your order, you can also track the delivery status of your parcel on the courier partner’s official website using the tracking number.
COD VERIFICATION
We verify all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders before processing them. This verification process is crucial to prevent fraudulent activities and ensure the legitimacy of orders. It helps the business avoid financial losses associated with cancelled or bogus orders.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We have multiple payment options – major debit and credit cards, net banking options, recognized e-Wallets, and UPI. We also offer a cash-on-delivery (COD) option for domestic orders. Please note that we offer the Cash on Delivery option for a maximum order value of ₹2,000. For orders outside India, we only offer prepaid payment options and accept all major Mastercard, American Express, and Visa cards along with recognized payment gateways.
