Do I need to create an account to shop on Indocentra?
No, you can shop as a guest. However, having an account gives you access to exclusive benefits like faster checkout, order tracking, promotional offers, store credits, and easy management of returns/exchanges.
How do I create an account?
Click the human icon (on mobile: bottom dock/sidebar, on desktop: top right corner) and select “Create One”. Fill in the required details, and your account will be created instantly.
What can I do from my Indocentra account?

- Update shipping and billing information
- Manage saved addresses
- Redeem and view store credits

How do I reset or change my password?
On the login page, click “Forgot your password?” and enter your registered email ID. A reset link will be sent to you. You can also update your password directly from your account settings.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can request account deletion by emailing privacy@indocentra.com. Once deleted, all data is removed, except what is legally required to be retained.
